A bottle of the 2019 Daftmill 2007 Winter Batch Release Lowland single malt whisky, this was the first of four batches of the Winter 2007 vintage bottled for different markets and was bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
This 2007 Daftmill Winter Batch came from a batch of seven sister first fill ex-bourbon barrels filled with spirit distilled in November 2007 from Optic barley originally harvested in 2006, and was an edition of 1785 bottles at 46%. A complex Daftmill showing orchard and citrus fruits, cake dough, herbs and minerally notes, this Winter Batch 2007 vintage Daftmill is a delight.
